AQA AS and A2 ISA's coming up, need help!

Hi there! Well basically to get to the point, I was ill last year during the AS ISA AQA Biology exam, and my teacher never really filled me in on it. I really need help on what to revise and do etc, as i have no clue! And soon I have my A2 ISA and have no clue again! Please help me out, In no way am i asking for a cheats, but just tips and helpful suggestions.
